Do you offer shipping or delivery?
Unfortunately, orders are only available by local pickup from Ballard in Seattle, WA. Shipping and delivery are not available at this time.
Where do I pickup my order?
The pickup location is in the Ballard/Loyal Heights neighborhood in NW Seattle (98117). The exact address will be provided in your order confirmation email.
When do I pickup my order?
Your order will be ready on the pickup date you selected, which is listed in both your order details and your confirmation email.
Pickup windows are as follows...
December 10th, 2025 (Wednesday)
- AM: 10:00am to 12:00pm (noon)
- PM: 6:00pm to 8:00pm
- Please select which window you prefer before proceeding through checkout
December 14th, 2025 (Sunday)
- 10:00am to 2:00pm
December 17th, 2025 (Wednesday)
- AM: 10:00am to 12:00pm (noon)
- PM: 6:00pm to 8:00pm

December 21st, 2025 (Sunday)
- 10:00am to 2:00pm
The day before your scheduled pickup, you’ll receive an email reminder with the pickup time and location. Please bring your confirmation email with you when you arrive to pick up your order.

Common allergens are listed below each flavor description on the pickup pages. Full ingredient lists are included in every cookie box and are available upon request.
